Client engaged Beraluz to support the liquidation of cut and polished Brazilian emeralds, which the client had accepted as payment for a boutique hotel property. Due diligence and market feedback revealed that the client had been given subpar material worth only a fraction of the property’s value. Not every engagement produces the intended outcome — but this one delivered the bona fide evidence needed to pursue alternate routes for capital recovery on a deal that had gone against the client.
Client engaged Beraluz to secure access to a Middle East commodity source on behalf of an end buyer. Initially mandated to arrange warehouse access for buyer inspection, Beraluz delivered video proof of product and opened a direct channel to C-suite leadership, enabling a physical walkthrough of the facility. The transaction is in process, pending the easing of wartime tensions and the resumption of regional logistics and export clearances.
Client engaged Beraluz to gain access to the tight-knit and highly protected world of rare earth element processing. Beraluz opened that door — the firm’s Founder brings direct subject matter expertise in mining, precious metals, and minerals, and is providing core support alongside the broader team. REE feedstock has already been successfully imported into the US and is currently in the processing pipeline.
